First, Habits

 

See many people try a ton of training programs, or just wing it at the gym always ignoring that a foundation of good habits is critical.

 

The 1st problem is that, if you’ve got bad habits, gaining weight is easy, and losing weight becomes hard.

 

So we will work together to install better habits that will lead to better choices.

 

With each habit, losing weight becomes more effortless and sustainable.

 

After all, who wants to go to all the trouble of losing weight only for it to all come back again.

 

That’s why this part of the program will help you make lasting changes and maintain your results.

You see, most men have an all-or-nothing mentality. Either eating clean or not at all.

 

But here’s where most men are going wrong.

 

When you get some basic understanding of nutrition, calories, and macros, you’ll be able to enjoy pizza, fries, and beers all in moderation while achieving your best you.

 

It’s all about finding the right balance and that’s where the “sustainability” comes from.

 

Honestly, get this right and you can even get to your ideal weight without much exercise at all.

 

If you’ve got a hectic schedule like most guys and can't do your three to four 45min+ sessions per week, we can add more emphasis here.

Note that I did not say workout, we will be training for a purpose. That may look entirely different than what you were used to as an athlete.

 

Now you’re either unsure what to do for Weight-Loss / Longevity or you’ve not really enjoyed anything you’ve done in the past, or the final part it was not sustainable.

 

We'll start with a training plan that fits your schedule and set 

you up with something that you actually enjoy doing.

 

It’s important that we find a plan that you enjoy, but doesn’t take up all your time and become a part-time job in the process. I also like to give you a big enough toolbox and understanding in the exercise for life realm that you can continue to adapt to what life throws at you.

 

Three to four 45-min sessions a week will be more than enough to see results. If that seems like too much realize this is an ultimate goal, Working around your time restraints is where my expertise comes in.

 

The result? You'll be 100% confident in your training plan, without burning yourself out. It will help speed up the fat loss process and you’ll feel more energized too.

How much time do I need? 

 

We will fit the training & nutrition around your current lifestyle and working schedule.

There will be 3-5 training sessions per week and some light walks involved too. Remember goals always start out a bit slower if needed. If you are already active we work on becoming more efficient with workouts to support your goals.

Everything will be planned around your schedule and adapted for travel if that is part of your work life.

 

Are there any guarantees?

 

Let’s look at the best and worst-case scenarios:

 

Best Case: over the next 12 weeks, I show you how to lose body fat and you feel radically better, both physically and mentally and have the tools to continue to make significant strides in your life.

You’ll finally know how to enjoy the foods you love, while also being fully in control of your weight.

That’s the best case. 

 

But what about the worst case?

Worst Case: Maybe some social events come up, we don’t make progress as quickly as we had hoped and you need some extra time to get back on track…

So if you follow the program and don’t see the amount of fat loss in the space of the 12 weeks that we agree on during our first call (the free one ), I’ll continue to support you until totally happy with the result. Some clients gain muscle but lose fat so their needle on the scale dosn’t move but the physical transformation is clearly evident in progress photos and some key measurements we take.

What’s the investment? 

 

Keep in mind the average personal trainer charges $75 per 45 min session ($1800 over 12 weeks) and when done with the session there is generally no support. This is not so with me. I am here to support your goals with direct access through my app.

 

I’ve seen other online coaches charging $3,000-$5000. Why is yours so reasonably priced?

 

Quite simply I don't have big overheads, offices, huge teams or expenses that we have to build into the price. 

 

I’ve kept my business lean, so I can offer reasonable pricing and accessible support. 

 

I also have the most feasible payment plans for those looking to break up payments to make them more manageable.

I've seen programs like this for $50. What's the difference?

I've seen courses like this for $80?

Courses that cheap won't likely come with any real level of support and hands-on coaching. 

I offer personalized support, 1-on-1 coaching, and very specific advice tailored to each client. 

It's a high level of support, material, and coaching that won't be available in very cheap $50 programs.

I’ve trained Athletes and clients in person for 22+ years. I’ve loved seeing my clients for their workouts, helping them through their sessions, and watching them achieve goals they never thought possible. But when it comes to losing weight or achieving health & fitness goals…Most of the change and results come from what happens outside the gym.

 

In the gym, I help my clients with their workouts, technique reps, and sets. But when the workout ends, that’s when the service stops. After that, they are on their own until the next workout session.

 

As an Online Coach, I'm able to be much more than a workout buddy.

I’m able to support my clients with nutrition, developing good habits, and building their entire workout schedule for the week. Whether they’re at the gym, at home, in the grocery store, at a restaurant, on vacation, or wherever else they go, I’m guiding them. It’s much more than delivering workouts in the gym and why I believe it leads to better weight-loss results.
